We always contact you after the funeral to make sure that everything was as you expected on the day.

We like to know if there were any ways in which we could have improved our service, so we send a short questionnaire out with the funeral invoice.

In 2017, the results of these surveys, based on 29,090 responses were:

  • 99% said they would use our service again
  • 97% rated our service on the day of the funeral as good or very good
  • 99% rated our service as good or very good at the time of arrangement
